Inventory & Out-of-Stock Policy

At Crazy Kicks, we strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. However, due to high demand and the limited nature of many of our sneaker releases, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

In the event that your ordered item is out of stock:

  • Immediate Notification: We will notify you via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of your purchase.

  • Automatic Full Refund: If we cannot fulfill your order, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

  • Alternative Options: If you prefer, our team can offer you an alternative size, a similar model, or store credit to use on a future drop. The choice is entirely yours.

  • Processing Time: While we initiate refunds instantly, please allow 3–7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Note: We never "backorder" limited-release sneakers. If we don't have it in hand, we won't keep your money.
