We want you to be 100% satisfied with your "Crazy Kicks." If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, here is how we handle returns:

30-Day Window: You can return or exchange most purchases within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene Items: For health reasons, items like underwear or period-specific apparel cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Express Delivery

• Free for orders of worth 8000+

• Free Delivery for 2 Purchased product *Metro Manila area only via (lalamove, Grab and LBC or J&T Express)

• Rates may varies due to Oil Price Hike

• Same day delivery for *Metro Manila area

• Generally arrives in 2-4 business days *Provincial area via LBC

• For Fast and smooth delivery i personally recommend J&T Express

Standard Delivery

• ₱250 via (Lalamove,Grab, LBC) same day delivery *Metro Manila Area only

• Rates may varies due to Oil Price Hike

• Rates will be adjust on provincial area based on the location of the customer via LBC

• Generally arrives in 2-4 business days *Provincial area via LBC/J&T Express

• For Fast and smooth delivery i personally recommend J&T Express
